Hostile Environment Readiness Training for Team Leaders (HERT-TL) Course

The most advanced and comprehensive Hostile Environment Readiness Training (HERT) Package of its type. Aimed at providing clients with a realistic, structured, progressive training programme. Special Projects Group have developed their HERT Programme to cover both a foundation-level, 3-Day Team Member and an Advanced, 2-Day Team Leader course. Designed and written by former Elite Military Unit Operators (Royal Marines Commandos / SFSG), HECPO Team Leaders, and Security Project Managers, the HERT Programme prepares the delegates to effectively live and work in medium, to high-threat, or austere environments.

The course is aimed at personnel acting as Team Leaders or Managers of a team who may find themselves living and working in hostile, or high-threat environments anywhere in the world.

You must have attended and completed the 3-Day HERT for Team Members Course with Special Projects Group prior to attending this course.
