LEADER Programme: Leading for High Performance

The Special Projects Group LEADER Programme consists of three courses. Each course builds on the previous to provide the learner with a comprehensive programme. The other two courses in the LEADER Programme are: Effective Leadership – Foundations and Organised Chaos. 

This course consists of the following Learning Outcomes:

1. To provide an understanding and setting the foundation of high performance
2. To explain the need for building high-performance skills in leadership
3. To instruct the delegates on how to develop & empowering teams
4. To explain how to sustain high performance in leaders and teams
5. To have the delegates set Action Plans

On successful completion of this course, delegates will receive a Special Projects Group Certificate of Completion for the LEADER Programme: Leading for High Performance Course

To attend this LEADER Programme: Leading for High Performance Course, you must have attended the Effective Leadership – Foundations Course.

Once we receive the booking request and payment for the relevant course, SPG will email you a Course Joining Pack to the email address provided when you made payment for the course.
