Anti-Kidnap & Targeting Indication Training (AKTID) Programme
The Anti-Kidnap & Targeting Indication Detection (AKTID) Programme is a three-part training series designed for personnel operating in hostile, complex, or high-crime environments where the risk of kidnap or surveillance is real and persistent. Each course within the programme builds on the last, delivering progressively advanced training that empowers individuals to stay safe, aware, and in control.
The first 3-day module introduces participants to how hostile actors think; examining how they identify, surveille, and select targets. Through this foundational training, individuals learn to recognise early warning signs, disrupt hostile planning cycles, and apply proactive personal security measures that reduce their vulnerability.
The second 3-day module deepens this knowledge with practical exercises and scenario-based training. It hones behavioural awareness, enhances counter-surveillance skills, and focuses on the application of environmental and situational awareness in real-world settings. Participants gain the confidence to identify threats early and respond with speed and precision.
The final 3-day module prepares participants for worst-case scenarios; focusing on survival, escape, and recovery in the event of kidnapping or hostile contact. This course covers psychological resilience, stress management, and post-incident reintegration, while reinforcing all prior tactical and security training.
Together, the AKTID Programme provides a comprehensive, high-impact learning experience that transforms how individuals operate in threat-heavy environments; making them harder to target, quicker to react, and better prepared to survive.
