About the Leadership & Team Building (LEADER) Programme

Our custom LEADER Programme is made up of a series of classroom-based sessions designed to unlock the best from your leaders. Based over three day’s, a team of tested leaders will instil a set of common language and principles to develop an identified population for a maximum of twenty leaders from your organisation. We bring to life principles formed and tested in the UK’s Elite Royal Marines Commandos that have been sharpened in subsequent careers that will allow your leaders to collectively increase the performance of not just their own teams but those of the whole organisation. The LEADER Programme is designed to get leaders thinking and feeling differently, and we will draw upon a wide variety of experiences to create a unique programme depending on your needs.
